2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
All sales of gold and silver bars, ounces, or coins are final and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
This policy is in place because precious metal prices change daily, and we must protect customers from potential market manipulation or losses.
However, exceptions apply in case of:
- Wrong product received (different size, weight, or metal)
- Damaged or tampered packaging upon delivery
- Incorrect quantity or missing item in the order
In such cases, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Once verified, OrovaGold will arrange for replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of payment confirmation, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
After this period, the order is considered final due to market rate locks on precious metals.
5. Refund Processing (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that bank charges or transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Every product from OrovaGold is authentically certified, sealed, and quality-checked before shipment.
We work only with accredited refineries and ensure purity levels of 999.9 (24K gold) and 999 (fine silver).
